HAL interface with other systems (Alarms/Fire etc)

There are terminals as standard on the HAL circuit board which (if a signal is sent from the intruder of fire panel) will bring all connected lighting circuits to FULL - this is the HAL panic facility is indicated on control plates by ALL LEDs being fully illuminated.
This feature effectively gives an additional (5th scene) - this could be used in some applications as a 'cleaners' switch, bringing all lighting circuits to full-on and aiding vision.
